Dr. Arthur Amora Cruzada is an educator, academic leader, and global education entrepreneur from the Philippines. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Le Premier Language International Inc., an educational institution dedicated to language learning, cross-cultural understanding, and global opportunities.

With a Ph.D. in Psychology and nearly two decades of experience as a college professor, Dr. Cruzada brings a strong academic, human-centered, and international perspective to youth leadership development. Through his work in education and entrepreneurship, he has empowered learners to build confidence, communication skills, cultural awareness, and global readiness.

As International Director of IYLF, Dr. Cruzada supports the forum’s mission to connect young leaders across borders, promote global learning, and create meaningful opportunities for youth to lead with purpose and impact.
