He currently serves as the CEO and Principal of Techspire College and is also the Founder and President of Prashikshan, a platform dedicated to experiential learning, skill development, upskilling, and reskilling. His work focuses on empowering students and professionals through quality education, practical learning, and future-ready skills.

As an Advisor to IYLF, Mr. Pokhrel brings valuable insight in education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and youth development, supporting the forum’s mission to inspire young leaders to learn, connect, and create meaningful global impact.
